This gift wrap can be for any occasion. I made it for Birthday. But that can be changed as I made all the text customizable. You can say "Happy Retirement" or Change "Happy" To "Get Well" and the vertical text to "Soon." Or Delete Happy and Put "Congratulations" and then vertically put the names of the couple i.e. "Joe & Sue" or whatever you want. The design features a royal blue swirl (satin look) background with a gold medallion that is overlaid with a law enforcement icon I created. This Icon features a badge with two guns on each side. On top are two police tapes and a policeman's cap. Below are handcuffs that dangle.

The paper is so beautiful not too shiny and not too thick. The photos were slipped in as if they were part of the paper and the way they are placed seem to reveal a story in this case a love story.
