Landscape Scott Clan's Drumlanrig Castle Jigsaw Puzzle

It's complicated. Not just the house and extensive gardens, but the history of this pink sandstone structure. When a clan has been around since the 12th century, it is sure to have a complicated, intricate history, numerous branches and several castles. So it is with the Scotts whose chief, the 10th Duke of Buccleuch, Richard Scott, uses Drumlanrig Castle as one of his three primary residences. He is the largest private landowner in Scotland. Known as "The Pink Palace", Drumlanrig Castle is situated on historic Douglas land. This impressive building, its annexes and grounds make a dandy, challenging puzzle. Happy puzzling.
