Koi-nami (Carp with Waves). The crest 'Koi-nami' was found being used by Miyaji Koito, a Shinto priest from Chiba Prefecture. According to 'Nihon no Kamon' (Japanese Family Crests) by Mototsugu Futaba, Koito's ancestor had a dream in which he saw a carp swimming upstream.

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
