Picture arrived on time and was the one I ordered. When ordering, I ignored the site's warning text and ordered a print larger than the recommended size. The received print is not just lower resolution than the original but also has leftover codec artifacts from increasing the size, leaving a lot of ripple in the light background color next to other heavy colors.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
