Kinderdijk, located in the municipality of Molenlanden within the province of South Holland, Netherlands, is a prominent village famous for its iconic complex of 19 windmills. These windmills, built around 1740, are a testament to Dutch hydraulic engineering and water management, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1997.
