About 5 years ago, Kevin and his family made a shift to a more healthy lifestyle. Kevin's culinary talents were already there having spent over 30 years in the restaurant business, so he took what he knew and changed his recipe's to make lower fat, healthier versions of them as well as adding in new dishes that were more healthful altogether. He and his wife lost a total of 70 lbs between them! We are happy to share his best recipe's in this calendar and hope you find them helpful to having a healthy and delicious life all year round!

Love the outlines on the pages with appropriate weather graphics, and with profits from this printed work going to Quebec Newfoundland Rescue, a registered charity helping Newfoundland dogs in need, even better.
