I've always hated exercise and didn't bother with it much....until I tried the kettlebell this year. What better year than this one to start a good workout routine with the strong need to improve one's fitness and help out the immune system as much as possible. Right now I'm hooked on just the kettlebell swing and have seen major improvements since March in my overall fitness level and health. Give the kettlebell a try and see if you like it.
