First of all, as always, the product arrived at my house way earlier than I expected. I never have to worry when something will arrive. I was extremely happy to find such a suitable gift for a gay wedding. I was very satisfied with the image text and graphic. I don't know how to upload the picture for this review. The mug said "Just Married (Finally)" with 2 hearts. I had it personalized with their names above the Just Married saying and the date just below it. I needed a little help, and a customer service rep was fabulous in assisting me. Once I saw how easy it was, the next time I won't have to ask for help.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
