I took this photo of baklava at the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. Baklava is a favourite Middle Eastern treat. Dripping in honey, it is messy to eat and so delicious. This baklava has a pistachio filling. The title and the description on the front and back of the postcard are both in template form so the wording can be easily changed or even deleted.
