The sweatshirt was great! It was soft on the inside and had a good texture on the outside. The sweatshirt did come a little big, but after it was washed it shrunk to a normal size. The print quality was fantastic! It did not have a rubbery feel like most do, and the colors are vibrant. The image was perfectly clear!

I ordered a sweatshirt for a gift. After it got shipped I tracked the package.. it got to a certain point and stopped. After 10 days of the package not moving I notified Zazzle if they could track it from their end. The customer service rep told me that was impossible. He said they could design a new shirt for me. I was set to give him my credit card info and he informed me that they would do it free of charge. They also overnighted the shirt to me. As luck would have it I received both shirts today. They told me to keep both. I am so thankful and overwhelmed at the excellent customer service. Thank you, you saved Christmas. Awesome, my niece will be overjoyed with her gift
