Japanese fairytale The Tongue Cut Sparrow Keychain

From a fairytale of a sparrow who sang sweetly, but a very cruel person - who hated him – cut out his tongue. In one of the versions, a family that rescued him was repaid by the sparrow with all manner of gifts, plus he danced for them, which explains his fancy attire.
