Jacques-David- Napoleon Crossing the Alps Keychain

This Neoclassicism history masterpiece titled, Napoleon Crossing the Alps at the St Bernard Pass, 20th May 1800 is made by the famous painter, Jacques-Louis David using oil on canvas in 1801. In the 1780s his cerebral brand of history painting marked a change in taste away from Rococo frivolity toward a classical austerity and severity, heightened feeling chiming with the moral climate of the final years of the Ancien Régime.
