Tomoe crest known as Itakura Tomoe. Also known as Kuyō Tomoe. The mon of the Itakura family with 50,000 koku in Bicchu Matsuyama and the Itakura family with 30,000 koku in Iwashiro Fukushima. Also the secondary mon of the Itakura family with 30,000 koku in Kozuke Annaka and the Itakura family with 20,000 koku in Bicchu Niwa. (From "Research on Family Crests" by Fukui Manjiro)
