This is a simple fourfold Islamic geometric pattern. In this tessellation there are no star like patterns, but the tessellation is formed by what look likes a bow tie. An example where you can find this design is in the pierced marble screens of the Itimad ud-Daula complex in Agra, India (1622 - 1628).
The colours are red, green and pale yellow. It is from an example I found on the internet and I quite liked.
Original and traditional Islamic geometric design. Geometric Arabic patterns are very popular in Islamic ornamentation and are very typical for all over the Islamic world.

Just make sure your custom image fits within the green lines so it doesn't get cut out around the edges.
