The Smugshrug ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ dons an Irish green leprechaun shrugging emoticon and shrugs away, holding two beers in his outstretched arms. The shruggie or “smugshrug,” as it is sometimes called, is what’s known as a “kaomoji,” or “face mark” in Japanese and sometimes referred to as an emoji or emoticon on the Internet. Whatever you wanna call him, the little guy is an Internet sensation -- the embodiment of an unsaid "Don't care. Don't know? So what? or Whatever!"
