Irish Badb Pagan Sympathy Card

Badb is one of the Great Queens known collectively as Morrighan. The poem is one that I've written myself. It incorporates imagery associated with Badb - the banshee screaming outside a home and The Washer at the Ford, both heralding death; the clouds, mist and fire of Her fight with the Fir Bolg; and finally I've co-opted Her as the Dark Lady, come to take the recently deceased to the Afterlife. It's quite a sorrowful, angry verse, insinuating that the person who's died deserved all due honor from the Dark Sovereignty of Ireland. I wrote it as a lament, in that way, because it's referencing Badb.
