Invitation - Wedgewood Blue Damask
Original damask is actually a type of fabric which uses various weaving techniques and various threads to create alternating sheens resulting in a tone-on-tone design. In original damask, the pattern was actually woven into the fabric, making the fabric reversible. A more modern adaptation would be the fabrics created on Jacquard looms. These machined damasks were less expensive and succeeded in bringing this more affordable damask to the middle class. This design is a salute to that thousand-year-old art of damask weaving. The white flourish is a crisp contrast to the wedgwood-esque blue backdrop. The back is a simple white and blank -- needing only the details of your event.

I am so happy on purchashing this invitations for my baby shower. They look absolutly beautiful on screen and in my hands. I dont regret buying these invitations at all. Everyone loves them. I'm sooooo happy! The printing was fine. I just wish the paper was glossy but i think i had the option, any ways, i love it.
