I ordered this invitation for my Mother's 70th birthday party. It came exactly as I designed it. Nice card stock paper. The black and silver looks very elegant. However, I realized the wording could have been more creative. I took a chance to see if it could be returned even though it was entirely my fault. I spoke with John who gladly took my information for the return and credit and advised me on how to reorder! Zazzle definitely stands behind their promise of 100% satisfaction. I love the replacement and I've told everyone who would listen about my experience with your company. The printing is great, the photo looks very nice. Definitely a quality product.
