Chinese characters from upper left: Opposition/Mistake, Fire, Tree, Paintbrush. The small symbol on the bottom right is my signature which means Panda. I chose these characters as a symbolic representation of the artist's struggle. Opposition represents the fight we endure with our art and ourselves. Fire represents the passion that drives us and keeps us motivated. The Tree represents our growth in skill and confidence.
