For other changes (different type fonts, colour, size or placement) select "Personalize this design" then select "Edit using Design Tool." The original background image is wider than shown here, thud it can be shifted left or right with the Design Tool to obtain a slightly different view. See options for various sizes and paper stock. Suggestion: scroll down to a section labelled "Transfer design to a product" to find other items this design can be printed on. Your will need to use the Design Tool for several of them in order to make the design fit the product properly.
