With impermanence of one life, new life can emerge. In my life, impermanence has created new opportunities, new understanding and evolving relationships. People I have lost, have made me more aware of how wonderful life is. Impermanence creates 'sliding doors' moments, where change occurs by chance. As Thich Nhat Hanh says, if we do not accept impermanence and crave permanence, we inevitably suffer. All things change, all things pass and we exist because of this.
