This is an original artwork created for Intown Community Church's Advent 2018 season by Christina Wert. It's oil pastel on black cardstock, with coloured pencil writing on glued shapes.
The star of Bethlehem hovers between two angel wings, with names of God written on feathers, and eyes (like the angels of Ezekiel 10:12). The light of the star reaches earth, creating a spark that becomes a flame--for Jesus is Immanuel (Matthew 1:23), and the light of the world (John 8:12)--and foreshadowing the coming of the Holy Spirit like tongues of fire (Acts 2:3-4).

I really love this traditional icon Christmas card! The card really captures how I celebrate Christmas which I can share with friends and family. I especially love the back of the card as it states Merry Christmas in multiple different languages including Greek, Ukrainian / Russian, Arabic, French, English and more. This card is really something I am proud to send out during the holidays. The color of print on the card is brilliant and fantastic. The quality of paper used for the card. I love this card. The graphics are on the inside and back of this card. It's superb. You won't find anything like this anywhere else. The card stock is thick and impressive and the colors were spot on. The colors were printed exactly as it looks online. The gold color looks like gold.
