I ordered this for my wife whom we nicknamed "rexy" because she's so petite and her arms are short...so..this was just an ideal gift and very well designed and made. We did not add printing as this is a standard template..but in the past we have had great success with Zazzle and you see what you're going to get when you design a product...Excellent service, product and dependability.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
