Hurricane Dorian is the slowest hurricane in history, as far as I know. It moved at one point only ONE mile per hour and has crept slowly through the Atlantic. It has terrorized the Bahamas and has kept the entire state of Florida and East Coast in Limbo through Labour Day weekend into the following week. As of today, 9-3-19, Hurricane Dorian still is creeping slowly in the Atlantic. I live in Florida on the East Coast.
