I opted for the 'platinum' finish and I am happy with it. It's substantial enough to stand up to normal use. The white areas in my design turned out sort of medium silver with 'sparkles' from the shine on the paper, but I expected that. The print is good - sharp, clear and as displayed on-screen. Keep text and images out of the 'red line' area because some of the cards are cut a little off-center.
