I thought I was ordering an insulated water bottle, but when it arrived it was not insulated. I guess the error was mine, as I had searched for insulated bottles. I've since learned that instead of searching in water bottles, I should have searched under coffee/tea containers. We are using the bottle, it's just that the liquid inside tends to quickly assimilate the ambient temperature, which means that we don't use it on extremely hot, humid days. We are also guessing that it probably would not be the best idea to use it during the winter months. The printing was perfect.
