Hunter in the Forest (by H.A. Brendekilde) Sherpa Blanket

This design features a painting by the Danish artist Hans Andersen Brendekilde (1857–1942). It depicts a lone man with a hunting rifle stalking his prey in a densely forested woodland landscape. The trees and plants that surround the hunter are various shades of green, brown and yellow, producing a beautifully elegant artistic effect. The man himself looks determined and focused on his task. He is clearly a skilled and experienced hunter. The original artwork was painted by H.A. Brendekilde in 1887.
