Dakar's Hôtel de Ville (City Hall), built in the early 1900s when the city was capital of French West Africa, is an impressive French-colonial building still in use as a city hall today. As the building was closed when I visited, I began my sketch peering through the gates, but thankfully, the friendly guards noticed and let me in to finish it from inside - much easier to do than from behind bars!

These bags were super cute (I purchased 3). The material is more of a canvas look & feel. The colour of the bag is slightly off white, but the letters look exactly as pictured. I took 3 photos in different lighting. Would recommend! I liked how there was an option to choose the font and colour of the name. The words are legible and the colours are exactly as pictured.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she absolutely LOVES IT!!! She’s had this for almost a month and she’s been over using it. It nice, simple and sturdy.
