This design has a template to put your house address on the front and personalize your text on the spine. The colour of the house can be changed if desired by using the customize option.**PLEASE TAKE NOTE** This template is specifically designed for the 2" binder size. By choosing to customize, the 1.5" size can be selected and edited to fit to borders but some of the design will be trimmed. It is NOT designed for the 1" binder and the design will not size correctly.** Original artwork by Night Owl's Menagerie, 2018.
