I bought this keychain for a 25 yr old single girl who was buying her first house. I was selling my dad's house to her as my beloved dad had passed away. I know that buying a home is a huge deal and I thought that a very personalized keychain would be a nice touch to her as she is not only buying the house from me but is now my next door neighbor, /when I signed the final papers it was very emotional and she almost cried when I gave her the special keychain and I hope that this is the beginning of a very special new friendship. I was very pleased and surprised at the quality of the keychain. I did not expect it to be so very nice.
