This category is labelled "T-Shirts (Light Colours)" because when you choose different colours for the fabric, the colour will go throughout the cartoon as well. The cartoon will still be legible with a light colour of fabric. The cartoons in the category of "T-Shirts (All Colours)' have a non transparent border around them, thus keeping the background of the actual cartoon white, while the rest of the shirt will be coloured. This allows the cartoon to be legible with dark fabric.
