Templates are provided for all titles and wording, with a whole about section with photo and text. Use the QR code image to add your own, along with a logo on the front page. Three medicinal herb images can be left as part of the design, or replace them with images (or logo) of your own. Fold either like an accordion, or double fold inward. Paper size is 8.5 x 11 inches.
