Bouquet garni, a classic French blend of aromatic herbs added to flavour soups, stews and stocks. 4 sprigs fresh Thyme or 1 tsp dried 4 sprigs fresh Parsley or 1 T dried 1 Bay Leaf, fresh or dried 1 sprig fresh Sage (optional) or ½ tsp dried Tie fresh ingredients together with cooking string or tie dry ingredients in cheesecloth bundle. Drop into simmering pot. Remove before serving. Other options include adding whole Black Peppercorns, Rosemary or Marjoram. Bundles of dried Bouquet garni make welcome gifts. Enjoy! I REALLY LIKE THIS PILLOW, IT IS HARD TO FIND ART DECO STYLE AND I WAS THRILLED TO FIND THAT ZAZZLE HAS SO MANY STYLES OF PILLOWS TO CHOOSE FROM. IT WAS A BIT CHALLENGING TO PUT THE PILLOWS TOGETHER BUT ONCE THEY WERE PUT TOGETHER THEY WERE PERFECT, LOVE IT. YES THE PRINT WAS JUST AS EXPECTED
