I love the mosaic design and chose to place a small image of my pet in most of the blocks. This product was easy to personalize and I just love that the back of the tiles has felt dots to keep them from damaging surfaces. I ordered 6 ceramic tiles. Three of which were flawed (irregular shading and color streaks). I contacted Zazzle and was issued replacement tiles immediately. I have never experienced such great customer service.
