I remember selecting a small Redbud Hazel shrub nearly twenty years ago. It didn’t mind shade and we had the perfect spot for it. The shrub is now 8-10 feet tall and has a reach of about the same. Its branches fill the space where it sits on the edge of our yard, delighting us each Fall when its heart-shaped leaves fulfil their destiny.
