Chakras are the 7 main energy centres of the human body. The Crown Chakra is our connection to Spirit/Universe and is located at the very top of our skull. It is represented by the colours purple and white. The Third Eye Chakra is the centre of our knowledge and intuition and connects us to all of the "clairs": clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, etc., and is located in the centre of the forehead. It is associated with the Pineal gland in our brain and is represented by the colour indigo. The Throat Chakra is connected to our inner voice and our ability to communicate. If you are feeling like you can’t/don’t speak your truth, this is a good place to start. It is located in the centre of our throat and represented by the colour blue. The Heart Chakra is the seat of our soul, our access to our true source self, and is located in the centre of our chest. It is represented by the colour green. The Solar Plexus Chakra is the centre of our personal power, and is located just below the rib cage. It is represented by the colour yellow. The Sacral Chakra is connected to our emotions and sexuality, and is located in the centre of our gut. It is represented by the colour orange. The Root Chakra is the centre of our survival and security, as well as our connection to Gaia/Earth, and is located at the base of our spine. It is represented by the colour red. The Light Chakra Mandalas represent the energies of each Chakra through the use of channeled Sacred Geometry and colour. These 7 mandalas are showcased in typical mandala style using the lotus flower petal designs. The energies of these chakras have been channeled into these designs using the numbers, colours, and Sanskrit symbols that represent each Chakra or energy centre. When you use these mandalas, you will be accessing the energy, vibration, and frequency of each Chakra to help you with any intuitive or energetic work that you are doing. The Shadow Chakra Mandalas represent the potential for what work needs to be done in regards to the shadows existing in that energy centre. They are safe space “containers” that help to empower you throughout your Shadow Work process. Shadow Work simply means that you are ready to go deeply into the thoughts, feelings, emotions, triggers, behaviours, patterns, expectations, programs, etc. that no longer serve you, or that remain buried or unacknowledged. It’s time to examine all of your shadow parts so that you can learn to balance being in the duality of shadow and light.
