A modern business letter head with a 1.5" header which includes a 0.125 lighter edge. The 0.125 edge line is also repeated as a dividing rule providing a 1.5" footer. Company name and logo in the header with address, telephony and web details in the footer. The gear wheels logo can be retained as a decoration, replaced with your own logo or cleared. The entire colour scheme of this template can be changed simply by changing the background colour in customize. ribbon motif in the left margin. The ribbon is approximately 1" wide and is placed 0.25" from the edge of the page so should be central to the margin with letter text with a 1.5" default margin. Company and address details in the top right with Web and phone details aligned at the bottom, aligned approximately 0.5" from the right in order to attractively balance your letter text.
