We've ordered these hats before and they came out great. This time there was extra backing covering the embroidery on the inside that made the hat look unprofessional. Though, the last batch we ordered looked fine. Embroidery on front looks fine, crisp and pretty -- could be more solid. Inside is messy. (Though on the last batch the inside was clean.)
