We love the envelopes, however... we made the mistake of misspelling a few things on our return address, making the envelopes unusable :( (this is what happens when you rush without editing..)
However, because of zazzle's 100% satisfaction promise, we were able to get a refund for the envelopes. The customer service rep was great and responded to my request within an hour of my sending it. The refund was credited to my account the same day! You can't beat that customer service! Quality it great, the printing isn't smudged. There isn't gold foil or anything overly dramatic, but for a budget friendly return address envelope, it's great!
My only set back, is that I wish zazzle had spell check in the text boxes!

Beautiful envelopes, matched my invites perfectly! The only thing was, it looked like you couldn’t change the font colour for the return address. Or I couldn’t find it. Other than that, I was very pleased. .
