This is from my pen drawing of a happy caterpillar with many legs and a jagged smile. A caterpillar is a friend to the gardener, and of course transforms into a beautiful butterfly, but before the cocoon it has a charm all of its on as it wriggles and crawls across leaves and plants in your back yard. I had a particular favourite caterpillar book as a child that I still like to look at today.
