Handwriting To Do List Lined Green Ombre Border Post-it Notes

This modern design features a white background surrounded by a bright kelly green border that can be changed to any colour you like. The background has been overlaid with a black gradient image that creates an ombre effect. I've used a casual handwritten font to create a graphic that reads "to do list", and angled it quite large at the top. The word "Date" with a light line appears below the header, and beneath that, ten lines with square check boxes to the left. Your name appears at the bottom in an all caps, serif font that can be changed if you wish. There is an unlined version, as well.
