The front just has a beautiful portait of a babys feet in a parents hand, it says special request. Inside it has a beautiful paragraph asking to be godparent. We weren't quite sure on how to make this proposal so we mailed these to expecting daughter Godparents. We received them and everything about this delivery was perfect, we knew we had made the right choice.
