This collage is made up of more than 100 decorated hands. Each hand is uniquely created by someone affected by Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). The hands are arranged in the shape of a heart and are securely attached to a black background. The collage is framed by a solid wood frame, engraved with the names of all the children and adults who participated. The names are also listed on the back of the T-shirt. The message "Hand in Hand We Will Prevail" is also burned into the frame.
