I ordered five mugs that are good quality. They arrived well packaged and all in one piece. I paid expedited manufacturing which seemed overly expensive but I received the completed order in less than two full days which is amazing and takes away most of the pain of the $55.99 zip fee. The color is darker than I see on-line on multiple monitors, but fortunately I love the darker color. I am disappointed with the print which is somewhat blurry. On-line it is not blurry. It's also hard to see the swirly design on the top of the letter "H" so it seems there is an extra large space before the last name. Still happy with the mug which is exactly what we were looking for. Some of the pictures I've posted have glare from nearby windows.
