Hanazakari – Winter Flower Poster

During​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ the snowy night when all was quiet in a small street of old Kyoto, the Hanazakari flower shop could be seen shining brightly like a big lantern in the middle of the cold season. There are bright red lanterns hung up, the glass doors are steaming, but inside it is springtime: big chrysanthemums, peonies, cherry blossoms, green bamboo… all are illuminated with a lovely yellow light. Snow has covered the old tiled roof, but the door is decorated with two small nice Christmas trees and some red gift boxes – a sign that no matter how cold the winter may be, love and flowers will still be there to blossom. The full moon is very bright up there in the sky and it is giving off its silver light on each snowflake that is coming down very slowly – so nice that it makes you want to stay out in the cold for a long time and ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌watch.
