Halloween vintage werewolf repellant potion tags

A set of apothecary tags for Halloween for a werewolf repellant. The idea is that you use these tags on apothecary jars as a prop or to label cocktails or drinks for a Halloween party. They are designed with blank spaces for you to fill in the details about a potion, in the same style as an old fashioned medicine prescription. For example, you could change the blue text to be a label for invisibility potion with the date of your party, then under instructions write "do not use in direct moonlight". You can also change the brand name at the top to match your own name or a different character that matches the theme of your party.
