Don Quixote and Sancho Setting Out is a work of Gustave Dore who used the engraving technique and completed this masterpiece in 1863. It is one of the greatest Gustave Dore Romanticism illustration masterpiece.His talent was evident even earlier, however. At age five he had been a prodigy troublemaker, playing pranks that were mature beyond his years. Seven years later, he began carving in cement.
