Gustav Klimt - University of Vienna Ceiling Paintings (Medicine), Detail Showing Hygieia, Daughter of the God of Medicine (Greek)
This oil on canvas from 1907 was part of a series originally commissioned for the University of Vienna in 1894. Medicine was the second painting in the series which depicted the river of life and the continuity of life and death, but because it was deemed inappropriate the university would not display them.

Love the fabric and the vibrant colours. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the pillows were slightly smaller than 41 x 41 cm. I was disappointed with that. The printing turned out excellent!
