Guitar Peace Sign Glass

The peace sign, a circle with two downward lines and one vertical line, emerged in 1958, designed by Gerald Holtom for Britain’s Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament. Combining semaphore signals for "N" and "D," it symbolized a plea for peace amid Cold War tensions. Adopted by 1960s counterculture, it became a universal emblem of nonviolence and harmony. Today, it endures as a simple, powerful gesture advocating for a world free of conflict.

These glasses arrived in very short time. They are big, beautiful and sturdy glasses we like to use for beer and cider drinkers. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for these types of glasses. Two out of four had printing on them with a Sunflower. Absolutely beautiful ... though I thought the printing could be a wee bit larger.
