"Guinevere Had Green Eyes" Postcard

A piece I created for the Dragon*Con 2013 Art Show! The title is inspired by the Crosby, Stills & Nash song of the same name (love them). I wanted this painting to have a Pre-Raphaelite look and I included some William Morris fabric patterns (with the "orange tree" mentioned in the song). This is of course Queen Guinevere of Arthurian legend, braiding her golden hair, and in my interpretation here she does indeed have green eyes. I love this painting. The original has sold, but I have prints & posters available. My own original acrylic painting.
